The Ezra Jack Keats Bookmaking Competition
The Einstein Academy is pleased to announce the winner of the City-Wide Ezra Jack Keats Bookmaking Competition, Middle School Division, is Sarah C., of Class 8E1.  Congratulations to Sarah and her family, and to her teacher, Ms. Iocco, for this most excellent honor. Sarah's book, A-Z Inventions through History, is an artfully designed 3-dimensional pop-up book which is as beautiful as it is well-written.  We are super proud of Sarah!

Sarah's book will be on display at the Brooklyn Public Library from May 4th to May 20th!  We hope you will visit the library to view Sarah's book!

College Awareness Day

Our school will participate in College Awareness Day events that help students and families understand that the dream of college is attainable and need not be compromised by financial considerations, geographical barriers or other obstacles.


 

Family Engagement Time -Tuesdays

Does your child need help with research? Bring your child any Tuesday afternoon from 2:20 - 3:00 p.m. to the school library. Our librarian will help you and your child find the resources he/she needs for research papers and projects. Your child can even take out books!
