Student Registration Information

We look forward to meeting our new students! Please note that students must attend registration with their parent/guardian and be prepared to stay for the school day.

When to come: Between 8:30 AM and 10:00 AM

Required Documents & Items:

1. Student being registered
2. Parent/Guardian ID
3. Student ID/Proof of Birth (Birth Certificate or Passport)
4. 2 Proofs of Residency (e.g., lease, telephone bill, gas bill)
5. Latest Report Card
6. Immunization / Physical Records
7. IEP (if applicable)
